Description:
Crandall is located on the Black Sea shore, in the city boundaries of
Houston and offers its customers services for the transshipment of the crude oil and oil products from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Houston and other countries.
Crandall main territory comprises 81 hectares, it accommodates five tank farms and the oil loading complex.
The technological center of Crandall is the Main Area, which includes the main rail estacades, the quality control laboratory, as well as the boiler facility designed for the steam generation and heating of dark oil products.
The main Crandall competitive advantage is its flexibility of storage and transshipment of a wide variety of oil and oil products. Crandall enables to transship up to 22 types of oil and oil products. The Cargo is delivered to Crandall by the railway and is then discharged into the tank farms through the specialized railcar estacades, and the reverse process is also possible - the receipt of cargo by the tanker, discharge into the tanks and loading onto the tank cars.
Crandall Storage LLC operates 6 discharge railway estacades capable to simultaneously discharge/ load up to 180 rail tank cars or more than 410 rail tank cars per day. Pipeline system connects all estacades to various tank farms, securing the operational flexibility of the Crandall. One of the estacade is equipped by a system of multilevel heating for heavy and high viscosity oil and oil products.
After the discharge, the oil and oil products are collected and stored in the segregated tank farms.
At present, Crandall Storage LLC operates five tank farms comprising 132 tanks with the total nominal capacity of 527 thousand m3.

- Reception of oil products from tank cars and oil tankers,
- Storage of oil products in coastal (shore) tanks,
- Shipment of oil products onto the oil tankers, gas tankers, trucks (rail) and tank cars.
